These days almost every car has a turbocharger, but in the early days, it was Italy that helped pioneer the technology. Our group test of turbo’d Alfa, Fiat, Lancia and Maserati tells the full story, and the Ferrari 308 Koenig Turbo takes it to outrageous heights. We’ve called our oh-so-tasteful Alfa Giulia GTV restomod ‘The Armani Alfa’ – check out our drive story to find out why. We drove to Le Mans this year in two Ferraris – 296 Speciale A and 849 Testarossa – so what did we think? We were also first up Goodwood hillclimb in Lamborghini’s thunderous 812hp Urus SE Performante, and we tell the full story of its forebear, the LM002, on its 40th birthday.
